There will be a COD Charge added to your order's total. Please be aware that should you refuse to accept the COD package for any reason, you must pay by credit card for any future orders.
 
Send Net 30 Terms
 
If you will be requesting Net 30 Terms with us for future orders. If you want terms, please print, fill out and snail-mail or fax the Nusantara Credit Application for Net 30 Day Terms to us. Please ensure that you have provided three credit references with up-to-date contact information.
 
Shopping Cart
 
If you already do business with us you do not need to call us with billing information. We will bill you according to your regular terms.

Use your own PO or download a copy of ours
Let us know if you need a specific PO# to be used.
Orders will not be processed until we receive full payment & shipping information.
Credit cards will be debited at the time of shipping the order.
 
Back Orders
We automatically create a backorder if the total is over $30.00 unless you specify no backorders.
We call before shipping back ordered items.
 
Shipping
All freight, handling and COD are billed to the customer.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground within the continental USA unless otherwise requested. Tracking numbers are available on request.
We ship internationally.
 
Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior approval.
Returned items must have an RA# (Return Authorization #) on the outside of the box and a completed Return Policy Form with the returned merchandise. See Return Policy Instructions for how to complete the form.
 
Damaged or missing items
Call within 7 days of receiving shipment for an RA#
We will credit your account or send a replacement once the return has been received.
We will reimburse return shipping on damaged goods @ UPS Ground or regular postal rate. We do not reimburse UPS Handling & Packaging costs.
We do not issue call tags.
We can email or fax a return shipping label if required.
 
Return of non-damaged items
Call within 7 days of receiving shipment for an RA#
All freight, handling and COD are billed to the customer.
 
Return of non-damaged items for exchange must be received in the exact condition in which they were shipped to the customer. They must have all their original labels, stickers and tags intact. Items cannot be damaged, sun faded, worn, washed, or have any indications of attempted repairing or cleaning.
Call tags will not be issued.
 
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned outside of these guidelines will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise total.
